Electric & Hybrid Marine Expo, the industry-leading event dedicated to the electrification and hybridization of marine vessels, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the Maritime Battery Forum (MBF), a global community of companies at the forefront of advancing battery technology and electrification in the maritime industry.
As well as providing networking opportunities within the maritime sector, the collaboration aims to foster a greater understanding of the latest storage technologies and promote a sharing of knowledge and best practices. By combining the strengths of both organizations, the partnership will enhance the experience for exhibitors and attendees alike, and offer a comprehensive platform for exploring the latest innovations driving maritime electrification and decarbonization.
The expo will feature a stage presentation by MBF and its members, titled ‘Which energy storage system is right for your boat?’, which will discuss the most appropriate battery technology for a wide range of vessels, providing invaluable content for visitors. With MBF’s three-day presence on the show floor, visitors will also have the opportunity to tap in to the expertise of the team.
“We are thrilled to partner with the Maritime Battery Forum,” said Michael Blackhurst, director of Electric & Hybrid Marine Expo. “This partnership will not only enhance the value of attending this pivotal industry event, but will also provide a comprehensive understanding of the innovative technologies crucial for a sustainable maritime future.”
Syb ten Cate Hoedemaker, managing director of Maritime Battery Forum, added, “Our collaboration with Electric & Hybrid Marine Expo represents a significant step toward achieving our mission to accelerate the adoption of safe maritime battery solutions to enable emission reductions. We look forward to working together to create a dynamic and impactful event.”
